Our Origin

Founded in 2020, when organizations needed more — and could afford less.

Chiefstack was established at a moment when the organizations that needed the most support were the least equipped to hire for it. Budgets were constrained. Headcount was frozen. And yet the operational demands on nonprofit leaders, founders, and executives had never been greater.

We were founded to close that gap — by bringing decades of senior operational leadership to the organizations that required it, in a structure they could actually sustain.
